A day in the life of... a Skype Phone

Category: By Phoenix
*Yawn*
Was woken up at 9.30am this morning by a bloody Skype message! Jeeze doesn't this geezer know that I need my beauty sleep?!

Anyway so I had to get up and put on my lovely message tone.
*beep beep*
Got no reply because my stupid owner is still in bed because she's too lazy to move her ass and wake up. Well I don't blame her since she only needs to be in at 2pm. So says the message written on my calendar. I don't understand how one person can be so forgetful! Luckily she has me to help her remember her chores and notes. Sometimes I think my calendar and reminder function is too good and I always remember to signal my alarm on the dot. I wonder what my owner would do if I weren't there to remind her? I have a feeling her life would be hectic once more and she'd have a hard time remembering what she had to do...

Oh she finally got out of bed at noon and is replying to the message this geezer sent her. I wonder who it is... maybe her boyfriend? Says something like fruit salad for breakfast and he's giggling about it... Inside joke perhaps? This is rather bafflling!
*sends skype chat*
It's interesting to read people's conversations, they can range from normal down to earth chats like a "hello, how are you?"
"Very well thanks."
to other diverse or random conversations about fruits for bra sizes and getting accused of being gay in university. Very interesting I must say!

I think she likes the skype chat service since she's constantly on it with her friends. I guess it's a cheap form of communication and she can chat to people when she's bored in lectures. Tut tut!
*briing!*
Ooo a message! Hehe such a rebel for sending messages in a lecture! Shouldn't really! Amazing how I still have good signal in this building. I remember her saying on her old phone, she got no signal in this lecture theatre. HA! I'm way better than her old phone! Go network 3 me!

Not only can I be used for Skype chatting, but I can phone other Skype users too! The other day I phoned a computer all the way in Taiwan and allowed my owner to talk to her friend she hasn't seen for a whole year for free! Isn't that great? She must love me for helping cut down her phone bill. I feel so pleased with myself.

Wow they're still skype chatting this late at 10pm! They must have a lot to say... Does he HAVE to tell her what he's doing at this very moment and whether or not he is ready for bed!? Okay that just sounds wrong...

I think I should go to bed now and sleep. However, even though I transferred so many music files from the PC to my memory, I still feel so enegetic and awake since I was recharged via the USB cable attached to her PC. Now I know that she can listen to her favourite music everyday on my music player and wouldn't need to bring her mp3 player into uni. Hehe bye bye Mr. mp3 player! *Throws a blueberry*

i really wish i had skype, i think it'd be amazing, being able to have conversations with people through your mobile phone, for FREE.
also, i hate being woken up, tell people to leave you alone if it's not after 10am!
